Step 1: Getting Ready for Registration
If you are interested in participating in this year's event, please complete the following steps:
· Already have a CAPS Account? Login, update your Profile and register between December 1st and January 13th. Click here for directions to update your profile.
· Need a CAPS Acccount? Print out directions to create an account before before registering. In order to register, Jackie Gilmartin will have to have to verify your building's equipment for you. Once you have created a CAPS account, please send her an email so she can update your account and then you can register.
Step 2: Register for RAP- registration begins December 1st
Login to CAPSpace to register.
· An Important Note About Registration:
o When you register, indicate ALL the dates and times you can possibly do. The registration system will match you with a class based on those times. It’s much easier to find you a partner class if you have entered as many possible dates and times as you can.
o DO NOT register for the following dates: Feb. 20-24 and 27th. We are on break from Feb 20-24th and the 27th is our first day back.
Step 3: Wait for a Match
- You will be notified of your match on or about January 28, 2012.
Step 4: Contact Your Partner by email to plan your connection.
- If your connection date or time changes, please tell Jackie Gilmartin and your building ITA!
- If you plan to share pictures, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc during your connection, please speak with Jackie Gilmartin or your Building ITA so we can test appropriately prior to your RAP event!
Step 5: Connect with your Partner
- Either Jackie Gilmartin or your Building ITA will assist you with connecting on the day of your event.
