All students who move to a new residence within the school district must process the change through the Central Registration Office at 90 Avenue C. Required forms can be picked up at the Administratve Annex or downloaded from the district website. Address changes are processed by appointment only; please call 767-5470 when your packet is complete.  Timely completion of address changes will ensure that students will receive important information, including school report cards.
