Drug and Alcohol Abuse
The Port Washington School District realizes that parents share our concern about the problem of drug and alcohol abuse among our young people. The school district’s nurses are available to provide information and referrals. The Port Counseling Center at 225 Main Street is an agency that provides help to individuals and families in this area. Its number is 767-1133. The Task Force for Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Community meets regularly and is coordinated by the Director of
Health, Phys Ed and Athletics, who can be reached at 767-5971.
